Veena Malik is a Pakistani actress, TV host and model who appears in Lollywood and Bollywood films. In addition to acting in films, Veena is active in humanitarian work, has a number of endorsement deals and is regarded as one of the most promising contemporary actresses in Pakistan.

Veena Malik aka Zahida Malika was born to the army major Aslam Malik and a housewife mother Zeenat Malik. She spent her chilldhood with her grandmother till she passed away.

Before Veena attained the sky of acting she was a comedian for several television shows and series. 

Veena began her career with hosting Hum Sab Ummeed Se Hain. Veena being a pioneer of such a show format, received wide recognition and praise from all over the world for her bold and honest comments on national television.

In India her television break came with Big Boss where she was the controversy queen of that season. Post Big Boss, during the time when World Cup started, that took place in the Asian subcontinent, the darling item girl hosted a popular show based on World Cup 2011 called Big Toss and the show hit the entertainment world with a big thud in India.

Veena Malik stepped in Bollywood industry with item song Channo in the film Gali Mein Chor Hai. She did another item dance in the song Fan Ban Gayi from the film Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya. Veena Malik did her bollywood debut with Daal Main Kuch Kala Hai which did a terrible business at Box Office.

Veena Malik is a bold and independent actress and is also the controversy queen of Pakistan. She has been linked with various stars of different fields. Veena has also been alleged of appearing nude for FHM Magazine cover. The controversies has not at all affected her in any way.

Veena Malik married to businessman Asad Bashir Khattak in a private ceremony in 2013 in Dubai. She gave birth to Abram Khan Khattak on September 23, 2014.

Veena Malik also broke the record for the Guinness World Recrods for getting maximum kisses on her birthday in a span of one minute beating Salman Khan who held the record achieved on the reality show Guinness World Records- Ab India Todega.
